The Province highlights gender differences and pursues the principle of equality between people of different sexes, promoting measures to achieve in every area of civil and social life, first in the choices of institutional competence of the provincial (paragraph 3 of Article. 11 of the Statute of the Province of Rome).
The Province works to enhance their human resources through the tools of professional qualification of workers' participation in the choices of work organization and accountability for achieving the same results, taking into account the principles of equal opportunities policies.
