The provision of training promoted by the policies of Labour and Training is geared to work and wants to help individuals to develop specific skills lacking in the territory of which the reality and local business might need. Education remains our priority, therefore, as a link between the individual and the needs of its communities. The first commitment is therefore to pursue the analysis of the territory and its productive realities, in order to identify specific job profiles should fail and therefore should be promoted.
The activity of "matching" between the world of training and local production becomes thus ensuring for the worker to possess those skills that can assure a future career as stable and protected as possible. The focus in training as in the work, the most vulnerable segments of the social fabric, and remains a priority of this administration, which has among its objectives, the shortening of deadlines for the provision of vouchers and support tools training.
