THE ITALIAN SCHOOL FOR DOGS AND SAVING ZOOMARINEINSIEME SAFETY AT SEA
Zoomarine, the amusement park of Rome, with the approach of the bathing season, focuses on the theme of 'safety at sea'. Saturday, June 5, Zoomarine will host performances and demonstrations by dogs SICS (School Dog Rescue Tyrrhenian) to sensitize adults and children and reflect upon the responsibilities and how they should behave during the holidays estive.Terranova, Labrador and golden retriever joined by divers Zoomarine in an extraordinary display of saving water. The Italian School of Dog Rescue (SICS) is one of the largest and oldest voluntary Civil Defence nonprofit, devoted to the preparation of rescue dogs nautico.In 20 years of operation, the dogs have saved the lives of SICS more than one hundred people. The same dogs are increasingly involved in educational projects, promotional or social nature, especially regarding outreach to animals and nature and awareness to issues of water safety, aimed especially at children or vulnerable groups . These activities also participate Francesco Totti and Ilary Blasi with their two Labradors trained at SICS. The training philosophy of SICS is based on the principles used by trainers Zoomarine with finding a close relationship between man and animal. Zoomarine placed as the cornerstone of its business the respect and protection of animals and the promotion of research and protection, so as to be known worldwide for its quality standards and the presence in the Park team of veterinarians and biologists. Numerous conventions Zoomarine has signed over the years with major Italian and international research institutions. The park will also provide its support in rescue and recovery of sea turtles and marine mammals in distress found along our coasts, in collaboration with relevant bodies and the Italian national network. Zoomarine offers a variety of content since the exciting events: the Island of the Dolphins, the Bay of Pinnipeds, the Forest of Parrots, Raptors and the Plain Galleon Divers.
