There are numerous attractions that Rome offers its young visitors.
Younger children participate in the colorful posono laboratories Casina di Raffaello, play surrounded the park of Villa Borghese, organizes exhibitions hosted on, or those offered by Explora Museum in Via Flaminia 80.
For older children, success is having the Technotown playroom with its "Spacial effects" and "interactive floors.
On sunny days it's worth a walk to the Zoo, taking advantage to visit the nearby Museum of Zoology.
If you want to delight you the following children with puppets, puppet show or theatrical must represent you can not miss the Teatro Verde, or the Theatre of Puppets "San Carlino".

Tag My Museum
From 19/03/2009 for 3 months on an experimental basis.
TAG MY MUSEUM is a "treasure hunt" - or rather a "hunt for content" - through the tag technology, two-dimensional bar codes.
Every visitor can join the game using your phone, or those included in the Museum bookshop.
The user can then photograph the tag "deciphered" automatically by a plug-in that plays on your content. Each tag refers to the next creating a chain of content that will guide visitors through a special guided tour of the museum.
Correctly following all the "journey" will be unveiled a keyword by which to win the Tag gadget My Museum.
To play the kids need to download the plug on its phone-in that allows you to decipher the tag, the plug-in is downloadable from www.mercatiditraiano.it or kiosk at the entrance to the museum this simply by activating the command bluetooth into the phone.
To be eligible to visit the boys will have to carry a mobile phone with camera and bluetooth (for details on the make and model please refer to website www.mercatiditraiano.it).
The initiative is aimed at boys aged 9 to 13 years.

This exhibition is an opportunity to experience, through the exhibition of over 80 works gathered from the collections of publishers more representative of the sector, a diverse and exciting concept illustration for children. To enrich the exhibition, will be proposed and artistic workshops and a series of workshops with authors and illustrators who insist that the tactile image is braille.

CLAUDETTE Kraemer: from reality to symbol
The workshop proposed by the French, who has been taking care of children with different visual abilities, concerns the rediscovery of the richness and importance of the sense of touch that it takes for the blind. Educator and typhlology, winner of 2004 with Tactus Ladybug goes to the mountain, Tiziana Mantacheti propose a laboratory where the protagonists are the materials. Cloth, wool, plastic, wood, cardboard, paper, all different textures, thickness, temperature will provide plenty of tactile perceptions. The hands of children, for a day, will become the eyes to capture and interpret sensations sensations. The proposal is to play in a new and different, with .. touch.
Mauro Evangelista: Landscapes of paper
Diploma in stage design at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome, worked as a photographer, designer textiles and some years he also illustrated. Winner of the 2005 edition of the prize Tactus and 2007, respectively Too much order and too much clutter Heart of Stone, prof. Evangelist propose a workshop dedicated to the paper, insisting on the possibilities of transformation of a simple spreadsheet. Krystyna ADAMKOVA: Paper box
Artist from the Czech Republic in 2007 and winner of the prize with the book Rozmanitosti Tactus, Krystyna Adamkova propose a workshop where, in addition to the touch, the sense of hearing is involved. Paper boxes filled with a wide variety of materials will become an opportunity for creating new images.
TACTILE VISION: Sens'azioni
Children are led blindfolded to find 12 types of trees drawn in relief.
Then, still blindfolded may stain the surface of the hair shaft within the profile in relief.
