One of the most populated and traffic of Rome, seen from this area start at five major roads of the Capital (Via Appia, Via Cristoforo Colombo, Via Prenestina, Via Tiburtina and bypass). Do not forget that this is an area with many shops at affordable prices.
Every morning (except Sunday) takes place the market of Via Sannio, where with a little 'patience you can do good business! The owners of the stalls are a bit 'insistent, but you want ... everyone tries to make the most of your work! But St. John is famous throughout Italy as in the square outside the church held a concert on May Day (every year, more than half a million young people who go there!). In the evening of course open the doors of restaurants and pubs, some of them known by virtually all the Romans. Getting to St. John: from Piramide, take the Metro line B and get off at Termini and take the Metro line A and get off at San Giovanni Piazza Venezia (Via del Teatro Marcello) take 81 to the Colosseum (Claudia) or take tram 3 673. At night from St. John's to arrive at Termini you take 55N; to get to the pyramid just take 29N. NB The 29N and 55N makes a stop at Piazza di Porta San Giovanni.
